Dr. Ramsay Elhindi is a graduate of the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He completed his Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency training at East Carolina University / Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, North Carolina, followed by fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at Manhattan Restorative Health Sciences in Manhattan, New York.
Dr. Elhindi is an actively practicing interventional pain and spine physician providing clinical care in the Atlanta market through his work with NeuroSpine Atlanta. He is also the co-founding physician and CEO of ASPIRE Medical, a multidisciplinary practice in Silver Spring, Maryland specializing in advanced spine, neuromuscular, and regenerative medicine.
His primary clinical focus is the comprehensive treatment of advanced spine, musculoskeletal, and pain syndromes through both conservative and minimally invasive spine and joint interventions aimed at improving patient function and quality of life. His role also includes overseeing and facilitating collaborative, multidisciplinary care to ensure high-quality, coordinated treatment.
In parallel with his clinical practice, Dr. Elhindi offers independent, non-treating medical consulting and expert witness services to attorneys, insurers, and third-party vendors nationwide. His expert opinions are grounded in current clinical practice, evidence-based medicine, and regional standards of care, with a particular emphasis on clearly explaining complex medical issues in a practical and understandable manner for attorneys, judges, juries, and other fact-finders.
